Brett has been in the automotive industry since 1981 and has just joined IG Burton & Co. Brett’s favorite part about his job is that in the auto business no two days are the same. He also prides himself in selling cars to repeat customers, teaching and coaching his team and growing to be the best in the business. He enjoys all sports, collecting wine and the beach. His favorite part of the day is spending time with his wife Kathy, son Brenden and daughter Camryn. Brett likes selling new BMW’s more than you like buying them!

The automotive industry was always the way for me. From a young age helping my father restore a 57’ Chevy Bel-Air to actual time as a BMW and Mercedes-Benz technician. Plus my family is from Amorbach, Bavaria in Germany. I took a different approach to the automotive industry, learning it from the ground up. In my twelve years in the automobile industry I have held positions as a Lot Tender, Service Porter, Service Advisor, and lastly a BMW and Mercedes-Benz Technician.
Coming to i.g. Burton and Co. was a perfect choice for me. I’ve always had a passion for vehicles, and I wanted to be with a company with the recognition of delivering the joy of BMW. I have learned from a variety of sources that i.g. Burton has a great presence within the community and promotes from within; and that led me to apply for a position.
I would describe my approach to customers as inviting, relaxed, informative, and easy to work with – which reflects in their overall experience of the dealership itself. We pride ourselves on creating an atmosphere where the customers can enjoy themselves. Whether it’s the first or the hundredth time they have walked through our doors. We work very hard to provide the level of service they’re accustomed to and what we feel they deserve.
In my spare time I enjoy canoeing, whitewater rafting, playing softball, and cooking

| Joe has been with i.g. Burton for 8 years. He began selling and servicing customers with the Mercedes-Benz line, and in 2006 transferred to BMW sales. Well versed in all models of our pre-owned inventory. Jay Fausnaught has been selling cars in the Milford area for ten years and decided to join i.g. Burton in late January 2010. He prides himself in customer satisfaction and making the process of buying a car a stress free experience. He resides in Milford with his wife, Pepper, and his two sons, Nathan and Gavin.
